RollPros is currently hiring a Human Resources Generalist which will be located in Vancouver, WA. This is a full time position, offering competitive pay, benefits and paid time off.

Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the development and implementation of human resource policies and programs. The director provides guidance to the leadership team and employees on various human resources issues and manages personnel issues. Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Oversees the recruitment and on-boarding process including reviewing policies, practices, and the HR/Compliance when necessary.
  • Manages and updates compensation pay scales and reviews all compensation decisions for approval.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, including updating employee numbers, hours, garnishments, benefits, PTO, new hires, and terminations etc.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR related documents
  • Works in conjunction with CEO to analyze yearly compensation trends. Implements any wage changes on an ongoing basis as well as changes identified on a yearly basis through the compensation analysis.
  • Assists managers with in person interviews when necessary and ensures compliance with all legal requirements including, but not limited to, interview document maintenance, notification and interview questions.
  • Update and revise current job descriptions as well as develop new job descriptions as needed.
  • Completes ongoing analysis of employee handbook and makes recommendations for additions/changes and complete annual update.
  • Work with management to determine the effectiveness of current performance management system and revise, as needed, in conjunction with updated job descriptions. Oversee completion of 6 month and yearly performance reviews.

Education and Experience: (Knowledge, skills, & abilities)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience with progressive growth required
  • Highly flexible team player with the ability to prioritize and work independently with limited direction.
  • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, vendors and customers with integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

 Work Environment

This position is performed in a standard office environment and may be flexible for some remote work (>20% of the time). Collaborative and engaging team with room for laughter and fostering of unfiltered creativity.
